Shire Kings Fitness Solutions is a family run business. At Shire Kings Fitness Solutions we aspire to continue to deliver the professional services previously offered at Ricochet Gym and more.

We welcome participants from all age ranges, encouraging both children and females to attend the Boxing and Thai boxing classes which was once seen to be purely a man’s sport. Crossfit, along with Strength & Conditioning classes are also available.

Shire Kings Fitness Solutions not only provides participants and members with fitness training, but is also teaching discipline as well as respect; whilst providing a safe and welcoming environment for any person. 

Our combat gym has a full size boxing ring, punch bags, floor to ceiling balls, strike pads and matted floor.

We also have a functional room with padded walls and floor. This has spin bikes, weights and resistance for functional and crossfit training.

Available for group or one 2 one sessions.  We cater for adults teens and children and have over 18 years experience you can be reassured of reaching your fitness goals.
